Tiptree makes the most traditional of English puddings with French brandy and thick cut 'Tawny' Orange Marmalade. Each pudding is hand filled in a ceramic basin and covered with a tie-on cloth. For best result, remove packaging and steam in the basin for approximately 30 minutes. Take care that water does not enter the pudding. Or try the microwave. Remove outer packaging and pierce film.
