Three layers of vanilla sponge, soaked with espresso, dusted with cocoa powder, lashings of vanilla buttercream and a rich, dark cocoa crumble. Finished with a dark chocolate drizz le, more cocoa powder, swirls of vanilla buttercream and extra crunch. It's all the best bits of tiramisu. 6" cake will feed 8-10 generously, or 16 small pieces if you cut it into squares. 8" cake will feed 12-16 generously, or 24 small pieces if you cut it into squares.
