The PowrLiner 850 has a 360º rotating front caster with a built-in locking mechanism to keep the wheel facing forward. This accessory is a release cable that will unlock/lock the f ront wheel at-will, from the handlebar controls. Once the Titan Wheel Caster Release Cable (Part number: 0293970 ) is installed, you can lock the wheel in the forward position or unlock it for arcs and corners with ease. This kit includes the handlebar trigger with accompanying hardware for mounting and the cable that is routed to the front of the PL850 for activating the locking mechanism.
