Only a small amount is needed to reach the desired effect.For 200g of chocolate, you would need around 5-6g. To make 24 macaroons you would need 3-4 g. To use in icing or sugar stir into mix whilst heating and use 4-6g. Storage Conditions: Store in dry, cool conditions out of direct sunlight.
