It also comes fitted with a chin up bar, 4 x Plate Storage Pegs, 2 x J hooks and 2 x heavy duty steel spotting arms for extra safety. This rack is designed to be free standing so it doesn't require bolting to the floor. PRODUCT FEATURES Heavy Gauge Steel Frame The frame has been engineered using premium grade 75mm x 75mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel and coated with scratch resistant powder coating, that not only looks great but will provide many years of protection against wear and tear. Uprights have been engineered with 26mm hole diameter for J Hooks and Spotter Arm adjustments. Adjustable Height Pull Up BarThe pull up bar has been designed to accommodate close grip, medium grip and wide grip pull ups and can be adjusted to multiple heights during assembly to ensure it is in the correct position for your height. J Hooks Fully adjustable J hooks have been fitted with nylon inserts, to prevent scratches and protect your barbells and the J hooks during re-racking. They also come with a pull pin to lock them into the upright during use.
