Our Titanium bonnet stays are hand bent to match the factory part from high quality Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium round bar. We then meticulously polish them to a mirror finish and custom burn to the individual customer's liking (if desired). Each quantity is equivalent to 1x bonnet stay for the vehicle selected. Due to the handmade process, these units may not be identical to the factory item, but have been tested for fit and clearance on the respective vehicles with no issues. Due to the material properties of titanium, the bonnet stays may “flex” or “bend” more than the original unit under some conditions - this has no effect on the structural integrity of the bonnet stay.
