TITLE just revolutionized an age old training staple with an innovative new concept. The Inside Fighting Resistance Trainer significantly speeds up the reaction time of the heavy bag so fighters can learn how to instinctually “fight in the pocket” and “inside”. The varied constant resistance from the industrial grade solid rubber flexible band forces quick action, reaction and intensity, to take the strategic inside game to the highest level. Also excels in honing punching speed and inside accuracy. Develop the neglected ability to stay in close and work the body, skills that elite fighters master for the winning edge. Simply wrap around your waist and around any standard heavy bag, and you’re ready for action. The unique concept allows athletes to work a full 360-degrees around the bag while training. Size: 42” x 1” (Unstretched)
