Tito's Handmade Vodka is made by Fifth Generation Inc. in Austin, Texas. Bert "Tito" Beveridge started the company in 1995 after obtaining Texas's first legal permit to distill. Th e vodka is batch-distilled using corn in old-fashioned copper pot stills, which is unusual since most large-volume vodkas use continuous column stills. It's certified gluten-free and bottled at 40% ABV.Tasting notes: subtle peppery character with faint corn and slight sweetness on the nose. Smooth and clean on the palate with a slightly hot, black peppery finish.
