The base acts as a counter-balance for arms and head, which can be ex tended upwards or outwards to cast directional light in any direction.///DescriptionLaunched in 1972, the Tizio light was immediately hailed as a masterpiece in engineering, thanks to a framework which eliminated the need for wires connecting the base to the head.
