TrailMaster Cheetah 6 is the entry point into the Cheetah lineup — slightly smaller than the Cheetah 8, purpose-built for young adventurers ages 4 to 9 and up to 5'4" tall. It's equipped with a 163cc, 5.5 HP horizontal OHV engine and a torque converter CVT transmission, giving it a smooth, easy takeoff and a top speed of 24 mph — plenty of fun without being more than a young driver can handle. Parents get real peace of mind with a remote start/kill switch and a built-in speed governor to dial back top speed while a rider is still learning, on top of a 4-point safety seat belt and hydraulic disc brake. Available now at our Southeast Houston showroom. 24 MPH Top Speed 5.5 HP Max Horsepower 163cc Engine Displacement AGES 4-9 Rider Age Range What Makes It The 6 Six Things That Make The Cheetah 6 The Right First Kart A kid-sized footprint and a manageable top speed are the headlines — but the Cheetah 6's real advantage is parent-controlled safety features built right in. ⚙️ 163cc Horizontal OHV Engine A 163cc, 5.5 HP horizontal OHV engine paired with a torque converter CVT transmission gives the Cheetah 6 a smooth, easy takeoff with a top speed of 24 mph. A manual choke makes cold-weather starts easy, and it's EPA certified. 🎛️ Speed Governor + Remote Start/Kill A built-in speed governor lets parents dial back the top speed while a young rider is still learning, and a remote start/kill switch puts final control of the engine in an adult's hands from a distance — real peace of mind for a first kart. 🛡️ 4-Point Safety Seat Belt A 4-point safety seat belt keeps young drivers secured in place, backed by a hydraulic rear disc brake and a pull-cord kill switch as an additional manual safety backup at the driver's seat. 🪑 Adjustable Seat for Growing Kids The adjustable seat ranges from 28" to 32" pedal-to-seat-back, accommodating the 4–9 age range and fitting riders up to 5'4" — so it grows along with your child instead of being outgrown in a season. 💡 LED Headlight Package Bold, dramatic body panels are paired with an LED headlight package, giving the Cheetah 6 the same eye-catching styling as its bigger siblings in the lineup — a real go-kart look, sized right for smaller riders. 🏗️ Full Utility Equipment Standard equipment includes an automatic CVT with reverse, a parking brake, fenders, a canopy top, and a cargo rack — the same core feature set as the rest of the Cheetah family, scaled down to kid size. Who the TrailMaster Cheetah 6 Is Built For ✓ Great Fit The youngest riders — ages 4 to 9, up to 5'4" tall Parents who want direct control via remote start/kill and a speed governor Families buying a first go-kart and wanting a lower price point to start Riders who need a lighter, easier-to-store kart than the mid-size and full-size Cheetahs ○ Consider Other Options Older kids or smaller adults up to 5'8" — the Cheetah 8 offers more seat room and speed Full-size adult drivers — the Cheetah 200X is built for larger riders and higher speed Riders who've outgrown the 28"–32" seat adjustment range Anyone needing street-legal operation — off-road and closed-course only ℹ Cheetah 6 or Cheetah 8? If your rider is between 4 and 9 years old and this is their first go-kart, the Cheetah 6's speed governor and remote kill switch give you real control while they learn. Once they outgrow the 28"–32" seat range or want more speed than 24 mph, the Cheetah 8 is the natural next step up. ○ Off-road and closed-course only. The Cheetah 6 is designed for private land, trails, and off-road use. Not street-legal. Sold for recreational off-road riding only. Some assembly is required after delivery. Always supervise young riders. In Stock · Houston TX See The Cheetah 6 In Personat Our SE Houston Showroom The Cheetah 6, Cheetah 8, and Cheetah 200X are all on the floor.
