Plants mature quickly and tolerate arid conditions well. Excellent for fresh eating and sauce-making, these tomatoes have dense flesh and a mellow, "fulsome delicious" flavor, according to Chef Molly Beverly, our partner farmer who grew them in 2021 and helped preserve and research this regional variety.
