22mm hex body matches with the front axle. It is equipped with a 3/8" drive head which can be used with a torque wrench or ratchet to loosen the front axle pinch bolts, calliper bo lts and the rear wheel bolts. The 3/8" square drive is equipped with a spring loaded socket retention ball like a regular ratchet has. 19mm (3/4") hex head on the opposite side for removing the axle.
