TO HOLD YOURSELF GENTLYSIZE 60the 'story rings' contain thoughts and words taken from my very own journal. they are taken out of the private context and into the open to provide you with a feeling of belonging, to serve as small and helpful reminders or to offer you a little laugh. all 'story rings' are hand-carved in wax and locally cast in recycled silver. the wax model, as well as the mould, are destroyed in the process of the silver casting, which is why the process is also called "cire perdue" or "lost form". this means there is only one version of this exact ring and there cannot be another.
