Add it to the brewing container with 7 cups of water, let it sit 12 to 24 hours at room temperature or in the fridge, then pull the stopper and let it filter down into the glass decanter.Coarse grind matters more here than with any other method. Fine grounds clog the felt filter and slow the draw to a crawl.What you do with 48oz of concentrateIt's concentrate, not ready-to-drink, so cut it roughly one to one with water or milk to taste.
