Fruit of one of the most recognized and appreciated native Sicilian vines, produced in the hills of the Bosco Falconeria estates, Grillo embodies all the characteristics of this ex traordinary vine and expresses a strong territoriality, communicated in a simple and immediate way from the first sip . It is left to mature exclusively in steel, where it ages for about 3 months on the noble lees, to then rest in the bottle for 2-3 months.
