On your turn, you can expand the city by placing a new tile, construct buildings by stacking your pieces on valid spaces, or place market tiles for immediate points. Once unlocked, your boat can cross the board to relocate building pieces or block opponents from key areas — a constant tug-of-war for control of the city.
