Crisp and minerally with crystalline citrus, white stone fruit and struck match notes, it's a beautifully balanced and harmonious wine that drinks superbly when released but gets better with age. This is initially a little more restrained that the 2023, more nuanced with the peach, lemon and grapefruit sitting in harmony along with soft spice, grilled hazelnuts, creme fraiche and a hint of minerality. But it's still pretty much as good as it gets for Chardonnay. A stunner.
