I’m always asked “what is that fabulous flavor?” with this one! Before I decided on a full name for this sauce, I nicknamed it tom-b, short for 'tomato-basil'. After raiding my nei ghbor's garden for the ingredients to create this sauce, I went through several rounds of taste testing with his wife and children. Since his first name was Tom and last name began with a 'B', I thought it fitting to name it after him. And so, my Tom B. Tomato-Basil Bruschetta was born. Tom B. loves it and you will too! It’s robust flavors come from super ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, imported Italian extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic & Bel Gioioso shaved Parmesan cheese.
