One of the earliest cocktails, it's refreshing in its simplicity. Ingredients: ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup 2 oz Gin ¾ oz lemon juice soda water Instructions: Add syrup, juice, and gin t o a mixing glass with ice Stir 20 seconds adn strain into a chilled highball glass Top with soda water then garnish with a cherry and lemon or fresh herbs Photo: Juliet Beletic Show more
