Also known as Tom Thumb Cranberry Cotoneaser, this mounding shrub branches out with swooping foliage of small colorful leaves. Those leaves change to a bright burgundy red in the f all. This plant is easy to grow, is more tolerant of various soil types, and pruning is optional. It can grow to about 2' tall and 5' wide. This plant is a good choice for adding textures and backdrop to other plants, rock gardens, borders, hedges, ground cover and mass planting.
