Featuring a thick chu nk of ribeye at one end, they usually have at least 6 inches of bone handle. For the perfect medium-rare steak we recommend quickly pan searing then oven roasting low at about 175c for around 20-30 mins depending on how well done you like it. They're also great on the Barbeque if your looking for something special.
