Girl Meets Dirt rarely ventures from their fruit-jam roots, but this tomato creation demanded an exception. Crafted from sun-warmed Amish paste tomatoes grown locally at Maple Rock Farm, complemented by heirloom varieties and celebrated Early Girls from Dirty Girl Produce – all sourced locally from Orcas Island and San Juan in the Pacific Northwest. They sweeten the deal with organic cane sugar, organic lemon zest, and a touch of sea salt that lets the natural flavors shine. Perfect alongside cheese, stellar on a ham sandwich, endlessly surprising in the kitchen. Show more
