It is made from Hárslevelű grapes grown on limestone and clay soils, which makes it much more fragrant than those grown on pure basalt. A small portion of the grapes spent time soaking on their skins, giving this white wine the gentle grip and golden hue of a light orange wine. It was aged for 15 months in large oak barrels and bottled without any filtration or additional additives. The result is a juicy, smooth drink bursting with the scent of white blossoms, acacia, and ripe orchard fruit. It is well-balanced with a refreshing volcanic mineral streak and a hint of herbal spice. Because these grapes are tricky to grow, there isn't much of it around, so enjoy this rare single-varietal bottling.
