These gorgeous vintage stools are handmade in Zimbabwe by the Batonga (Tonga) people. The stool holds great significance in African culture and these are typically used by aristocr ats, elders and nobles as a portable seat. They look great stacked on top of each other or individually as a candle holder. They also make a handy seat or side table. We have a number of these stools in stock at the moment.
