Small in size, serious in effect. Your Reformer Toning Balls are compact weighted hand balls that add controlled resistance to your mat or Reformer Pilates sessions without breakin g your flow. At 1.5kg per ball with an 11cm circumference, they sit comfortably in your palm through a full class, from the first arm circle to the final pulse.Sand-filled with a PVC outer shell, each ball has the dense, settled weight that keeps your focus on the movement, not the equipment. Use them for arm circles, overhead presses, and chest pulses to build upper body endurance, or place them under your heel to create a raised, supported position for glute bridges, heel raises, and hamstring exercises. Two uses, one tool, zero disruption to your session.Sold as a pair, these Pilates toning balls suit every level. If you are building your first home Pilates kit or adding a new challenge to an established practice, 1.5kg is the right amount of resistance to feel the work without compromising form. They are ideal for Reformer Pilates accessory sessions, mat Pilates at home, Pilates studio classes, and rehabilitation-style movement where controlled load matters more than heavy weight.Available in Black, Beige, and Mocha to complement your reformer setup or studio aesthetic.
