Asian food is a big part of my life. Both of my children are Asian; my son was born in South Korea, and my daughter was born in China. My daughter is also a chef who loves to cook with an Asian flair. I have been her taste tester for many years and dedicate this piece to her. These pieces were inspired by the foods that nourished my soul. It is a feast, a banquet of flavors, textures, and shared moments.
