AKA Electric Daisy for the fizzy, voltage feeling it gives when chewed. Flowers and foliage used medicinally to numb the mouth, and it's often used as an exciting garnish for uniqu e cocktails. Cooking cools the zing, so you can eat like any other green vegetable.
