Magnetic and Electric Fields Accuracy I have to tell you, when it first came out, I compared the magnetic field levels I got using the Tri-Field to my Alpha Labs AC Milligauss meter (I had this one for about 7 years - You'll see it in my video on screens with Larry Gust.) The Tri-Field was spot on with the Alpha Lab professional magnetic meter. Oram Miller also noted: “The electric readings tracked pretty closely to what I measured with my Gigahertz Solutions NFA1000 three axis Gauss meter.” Radio Frequency or RF Fields You'll be able to detect the presence of RF from smartphones, WiFi and Bluetooth- BUT measurement isn't as easy or as accurate as it is with other meters like the Cornet, or as detailed and accurate as the Pro and the Classic meters I recommend. You may get what can look like "false positives" using the RF setting because the meter is detecting low frequencies- down to 1 MHz as a matter of fact. Our WiFi's smartphones and Bluetooth operate on much higher frequencies so it can be confusing to see an electric outlet or a wireless charger or a cable show "wireless" readings on a Tri Field because it may be picking up radio station, shortwave or TV frequencies below 400MHz . Apparently, these lower frequencies could be leaking onto household wiring. Cell networks in Europe start at 900 MHz and here in the US it's 900MHz.
