The TOP PLATE cover helps keep out rain with uncovered grills, and additional critters/rodents for grillers who live in areas where added coverage is dedited! Made out of 18 gauge steel with high heat powder coat, and it is build to last! Simply fasten the TOP PLATE to the GX-U bracket after installing +Rec adapter with the 4 provided nuts and follow the instructions provided with your grease box adapter! Please note that the TOP PLATE cover is only compatible with select models/ adapters. Check the FIND MY GRILL on our website prior to purchase. This accessory is optional.
