The patent pending PCT Indoor Torque Tool (PCT-TT) has been developed to be used on all consumer electronics devices within the home. These devices (i.e. television monitors, settop boxes, modems, and MTA's) are typically terminated with "hand tightened" F-connectors. The female F-ports on such devices are not designed to withstand the excessive torque applied when using a wrench.
