Barnbarroch's Beef Topside Roast is a fantastic choice for your Sunday family dinner. Topside is one of the classic cuts of roast beef. It's taken from the long, inner muscle of the cow's thigh which makes for a lean cut, yet it's more tender than silverside, which is taken from the hindquarters. Topside can be cooked as a roast and left pink in the middle or be slow-cooked to melt in the mouth tenderness. Why not try it as a pot roast - it's delicious! Our slow-grown beef cattle have been grass-fed on our organic farm in rural south-west Scotland and enjoyed dining on meadow grass and relaxing in our rolling green fields. We are proud of the regenerative approaches that we adopt on our farm - improving soil fertility and capturing carbon in the most natural way possible. Priced on average weights.
