Our Construction Grade Top Soil is the perfect solution for making your uneven ground even or sculpting the base of your landscape - not suitable to place on an existing lawn. This locally sourced clay-based top soil is screened. We take extra care in the screening process because we use this product in our own homes and understand the importance of a well-prepared base for your landscaping project. Our Construction Grade Top Soil is an excellent underlay for fresh sod and can also be used to plant certain hardy shrubs or trees.
