When you stay within these specs, your ROF (rate of fall) should be about ~1' per second: - rolling jig heads: 1/32–1/16 oz rolling jig heads - Minnows: 3"– 4" strolling minnows, up to 5" if the minnow is hollow and lightweight How to fish Fish this rig just like how you would fish a jig head minnow.
