Refills available. About This Vessel A mountain torrent does not move gently. It runs through stone channels, catching color from the minerals it passes — iron-brown here, cobalt where the water deepens, gray at the surface where sky meets current. Torrente carries that palette: cobalt blue dominant, amber and brown threaded through, the blue-gray dome of sky above. Like Iris, this vessel is a ribbed cylinder — but the two are entirely different in feeling. Where Iris is warm and sandy, Torrente is cool and elemental. The cobalt runs through the vertical channels of the ribbing like water finding its path, pooling darker in some places, fading where it spread across the clay face. It is suited to a bathroom counter, to places where water already lives. The blue is honest and strong. It does not apologize for itself. Care Hand wash only. Do not submerge or place in dishwasher. Stoneware is water-resistant and will deepen beautifully with age and use. One of one. When sold, this vessel leaves the collection.
