The sto ne sits directly on a solid dark French oak base constructed from a series of vertical panels with scalloped cutouts along the bottom edge, giving the base its rhythmic, undulating profile.The raw, unfilled travertine edge is left exposed along the bullnose, showing the stone's natural pitting and layered veining in cross-section.
