There is nothing more quintessential to Mexican cuisine than a good corn tortilla. Mexicans eat an average of 600 thousand tons of tortillas EVERY DAY!!! Tortillas are delicious, t hey're Coeliac friendly and very versatile. Join us at Picado Mexican to learn how to make them from scratch.In this workshop, we'll make three taco fillings and a salsa from scratch, then we'll move on to the hands-on part of the workshop, where everybody gets their hands dirty making corn tortillas by hand.
