Tortoise Shell is a clear, waterborne urethane coating medium. Tortoise Shell dries to an extremely durable, glossy surface, exhibiting glass like clarity, featuring a wet look glo ss. Add various kinds of dry pigments, dispersed tints, or dyes for a variety of colored effects. Tortoise Shell holds up well outside, and adheres to wood, metal, fabric, and some plastics. Dilute and clean up with tap water. Tortoise Shell is a great choice for wood finishing, prop building, and artistic effects.
