Testudinalia testudinalis A colorful shell amongst a sea of mollusks. Most often found in sharp contrast on Lithothamnion covered rocks. Splashed onto our worsted weight 100% super wash merino yarn 4 ply, 218 yds, 100g, never from mulesing Hand dyed in Maine Actual color may vary slightly due to hand dyeing process and lighting. It is always recommended to alternate skeins to avoid unwanted color pooling if a project requires more than one. Hanks can be wound into cakes for an additional fee. Not recommended for long term storage or for more than 3 hanks per order due to loss of integrity in the fiber from extended tension on the yarn.
