If geography shapes music, then Vienna has left its mark on Tosca at every stage. Over a career spanning more than two decades, the Austrian capital has inspired Richard Dorfmeiste r (of Kruder & Dorfmeister) and Rupert Huber to craft electronic mood pieces tinged with Mitteleuropean melancholy. More than anything, Odeon captures a duo at the height of their powers—still relevant, still evolving.
