Made of 40 shore soft silicone, the Total Blocks reduce sound by up to 31dB. These are ideal for those that need a high level of dampening and are not concerned about sound quality. Sound is muffled compared to a filtered style hearing protection. Total Block earplugss are not recommended for sleep due to the shape of the plug and discomfort caused when laying on your side or stomach. For this purpose Sleep Sound earplugs are recommended.
