Each Tote is made from 100% recycled cotton! Approximate size 40 x 38cm (please note this may shrink slightly when washed due to the nature of the fabric) and is approximately 130-135 gsm in thickness. Your designs are printed with UV ink on our printer Ursula, which is a great eco way of printing as it uses much less power than traditional print techniques. As the UV light cures the ink instantly, this reduces our turn around time whilst maintaining the quality of the print. Ursula also uses around 20% less ink than traditional printings, as the almost instant dry time prevents over absorption. We pride ourselves reducing unnecessary waste which is why we only print on 100% recycled cotton. As an Indie Biz, I didn't know how to set this up originally. All we need is your Art works as a PNG, JPG or BMP minimum 1000 x 1000 pixels and we will create the tote design for you and send you a digital proof to check you're happy!
