Teddy Sheringham is one of Spurs’ standout modern forwards, famous for intelligence, link-up play, and ice-cold finishing. In his first spell (1992–1997) he became the team’s attacking brain—dropping deep to create, bringing others into play, and scoring consistently, including a 21-league-goal season in 1992–93. He later returned (2001–2003) as a veteran and still delivered big goals and clever performances. Sheringham wasn’t about raw pace; he won games with movement, timing, and technique. Spurs fans remember him as a forward who made everyone around him better—and a key figure of the early Premier League era. Show more
