The product can be used as a primer or base coat before applying the coating on short or medium-length nails. Touch Rubber Base is elastic and has a medium consistency. It is quickly distributed over the surface, self-leveling, does not spread and does not get under the cuticle. The base has high adhesion characteristics and remains strong for 3 weeks.
