The snag-resistant nylon-top strap to keep the tourniquet from getting caught on anything. The tourniquet holder comes with a 1" x 2" "TQ" patch that can be replaced with and small standard patch including blood type patches. The Universal Tourniquet Holder is also MOLLE compatible. Having a MOLLE Tourniquet Holder gives you the capability to attach your holster to any MOLLE attachable pack.
