A traditional French Canadian pie, this Tourtiere might raise some brows but we’re happy to take on the challenge. A mixture of pork, potatoes, onions, celery and all the spices ma ke this flavourful pie a nod to the classic. We won’t say whose rendition is better (ahem ours) we’ll let you be the judge.
