Cancellation Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity. No refund will be given for cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the activity. The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified. Itinerary Hotel Pickup Toya Devasya Hot Spring Tour Lunch Continue Spring Tour Hotel Dropoff The driver will contact you and reconfirm your pick up time in advance. Please be at your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the pick up time and present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure. The driver will only wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for the pick up and cannot be contacted by the driver after the waiting time, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given. The driver will drop you off at the pickup venue or if you would like to go another venue, please inform driver directly.
