Cancellations More than 7 days before pickup:If the booking is cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup date, the Hirer is entitled to a full refund of all monies paid, less a $50 + GST administration fee. Within 7 days of pickup:If the booking is cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled pickup date, no refund will be provided.
