The Beat-Sonic CS6EP is a front camera interface designed for select 2014-2020 Toyota models with factory display screens. This interface allows you to add a front camera to your factory screen while keeping your factory backup camera fully functional. Front camera is not included and must be purchased separately. This product is the interface module only. The CS6EP allows you to switch between the front camera, rear camera, and factory Toyota screen using the included selector switch. It is ideal for front parking, avoiding curbs, avoiding front obstacles, and assisting vehicles with front spoilers or lowered suspension. Why choose the CS6EP front camera interface? Adding a front camera to a compatible Toyota factory screen requires the correct interface. The CS6EP provides a plug-and-play solution that integrates a front camera into the factory display without modifying the factory harness. By pressing the selector button, the front or rear camera can be displayed for a preset amount of time using the built-in programmable timer. The timer can be set to 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds, or timer disabled for push-on / push-off operation. The front camera can also be programmed to automatically display at speeds under 9 mph to assist with front parking and low-speed maneuvering. Important navigation note For factory navigation equipped models, the cursor indicating direction will be temporarily interrupted while the CS6EP is engaged. The current position will be recalibrated and the cursor will indicate the vehicle location once the CS6EP is turned off by pressing the supplied button.
