Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) builds on Wi-Fi 6E by introducing Multi-Link Operation (MLO), which allows devices to simultaneously transmit and receive data across multiple bands at once. This results in significantly lower latency, higher peak throughput, and more reliable connections compared to Wi-Fi 6E, which can only use one band at a time.
