Bambu Lab TPU 90A is a 1.75mm TPU with higher hardness than TPU 85A, giving greater structural integrity while it stays flexible. It suits shoe soles, RC tires, padding, medical braces, protective gear, and functional parts that need both strength and elasticity. It works with the AMS HT and does not work with the AMS, AMS lite, or AMS 2 Pro. Highlights Best for impact absorption. Ideal for shock absorption, cushioning, and soft support. Exceptional wear resistance. Keeps performing after repeated bending. Multi-material with PLA and PETG. On compatible dual-nozzle printers such as the H2C and H2D, combine flexible and rigid materials in one part with beam interlocking in Bambu Studio. Ready to load. Includes a high temperature reusable spool. Specifications Material TPU 90A Diameter 1.75mm ± 0.05mm Net weight 1 kg per roll Format With Bambu high temperature reusable spool Printers H2S, H2D and H2C (right filament inlet only), X Series, P Series, and A Series AMS Compatible with AMS HT only. Not compatible with AMS, AMS lite, or AMS 2 Pro Nozzles 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm recommended. 0.2mm and high flow nozzles are not supported Build plates Smooth PEI Plate or Textured PEI Plate, with no glue required Multi-material PLA and PETG only, on the H2D and H2C Printing and Care Must be dried. Dry before use for the best print quality. Use a large dry box so the spool does not deform. Keep the default settings. All parameters are preset. Do not raise the max volumetric speed, and turn off Flow Dynamics Calibration. Unload with care. On X Series and P Series printers, do not press Unload. Heat the nozzle to 250°C, retract the filament, and pull it out by hand. H2 Series printers can auto-retract, and the filament cutter at the right inlet wears faster with regular TPU printing. Choose light supports. Avoid dark-colored PLA as support material to keep TPU prints clean and vibrant. Print safely. Use a well-ventilated area, and keep filament and fragments away from children and pets. This filament is not food-grade, so do not use finished prints for food storage or contact. Documents
